Don't forget to turn the tens off after baby arrives, like I did
I was a bit concerned about the pain in my back afterward until i realised!

I did this! Xmas Grin I had it set to Max but was told baby wouldn't be arriving for a long time. I was still on ante natal ward when I suddenly had the urge to push. I got shoved into a wheelchair and hurried to delivery suite. In all the chaos - I forgot about the TENS and wondered why I was shaking so violently after DS2 was born.
