Funny pulsating feeling in back after epidural - not sure if it's related

DC3 born 2 weeks ago. I had my first ever working epidural - yey - but I'm not sure if I'm having some sort of lasting side effect. From time to time, not every day but could be a couple of times a day, I get a funny pulsating feeling in my lower back which isn't painful, just a bit uncomfortable. I also get the feeling at the back of my neck and back of my head, which is more uncomfortable. Has anyone had this post-epidural or is it completely unrelated?

Hi pecanpie and congratulations on DC3 :)

Exactly as you describe it, I had it after DC2 and 3! A few friends mentioned similar. If my memory serves me correctly I was worried about it when it continued on and off for a few months and then gone, as if it were never there Hmm

thanks for your reply - completely forgot to check back!!

It seems to have completely disappeared now - glad to hear it's 'normal'.
