whoosh??? Speedy entrance on number 3?

just been to see the midwife who gave me the impression that my third baby is going to shoot out at 5omph. Had visions of being torn in half. Anyone had this experience?

Hiya notacow yes stupid teachers i cant work them out. Sacro is same as spd but hip joints it will go when babys born gutted! Got physio in pipeline. So less than 2wk? Cool keep in touch, eat pineapple and drink raspberry leaf tea lol

oh right, on the sacro thing. think my hips are a bit out too (tho not as bad as yours by the sound of it), at least thats what the pregnancy shiatsu woman told me. she tried to fix it a bit but decided in the end it was prob left best alone till i get the little bodysnatcher out of the way!

cant wait to have my body back and am full of resolutions about (gently) training it into better shape than it was before (not difficult - never exercised in my life! am extremely lucky to have inherited naturally fit-ish body coz if it was left to me, i'd be a mess)have been almost continuously pregnant since september 2002 FGS!

ok, im off to take your advice on the tea and pineapple
