I am just thinking about getting some more chickens, as I have been without for a couple of years, and frankly its no way to live! I have hatched my own in the past, and had a peek on ebay to see whats hot available at the moment! I nearly fell off my chair! £85 for 6 chocolate orpington bantam eggs! It was lavendar pekins back in my day, but they never made those sorts of prices! Are people BARKING MAD?
