Forsham quality

I have a Forsham ark I got last year, which is fine, but just got a rabbit run from them (very ££) and found it's made pretty badly. It's very splintery and parts of it are not cut well, indeed the roof is really hard to get on.

I have emailed them to say so, but just wondered if others have had probs with the quality recently? it says on the website that all pieces are planed to avoid splinters but ours is covered, very rough.

I'm so disappointed.

I have a few Lenhams, Romneys and a fully enclosed run - always found them good quality and fitted together well. The wood is all planed, even on the run. Hope you get a good outcome

Thankyou, I emailed them on Friday and they have apologised and said they will send me another one - maybe it just slipped through the quality control!

If I could fix it myself I would but I'd need a bandsaw to trim the bit under the roof iyswim.
