Could a chicken open/go through a cat door?

Just an idea I had

mine peer longingly through ours - usually becase the cat food is the wrong side for them! they've not managed to get in though - they like the door held open for them to come in an crumb-clear the kitchen/
am guessing it could work though - if you tempt them with the right stuff...

Because I fancy doing this but a cat door would make the edges safer (less ragged/sharp)

Plus it would reduce drafts

that pop-hole looks just like a cat flap and its a great idea IMO

Yes chickens come in through catflaps. And ducks...

I presume fairly big cat flaps for ducks

I have one of those storage things - d you think it would work?

What would I make the perches out of? & how big should they be?
