omg ive lost a chicken :(

two went awol into next doors garden and got out into street
lady from 4 doors down came round as she spotted one in her front garden, but only one was there
am sat crying
hubbys been out for 2 hours looking for her but no sight
am praying she is hiding and will come home in the morning

look in the hedge, and up high on top of a barbecue, in a plant pot

mine always go there

Don't worry hstar - she will be roosting now. If you holler 'chook chook' in the morning and rattle the feed bucket, she will be back.

mine climbs up into the hedge to roost any chance she gets ( right next to the hen house)

these two always stay together so am worried she will be frightened on her own
especially since shes gone out the front
it can be quite a busy road
hubs been knocking and checked in most of the gardens
one thats back is still chunterin cause she is separated

panic over
hub went out first thing and couldnt find her
he just came bac to let the others out hoping the would make noise
then she appeared in the front garden covered in conifer
am so relived

I was about to post 'don't worry I'm sure she will come back' so very glad to read your post!
