Quail owners

What do you do with all your eggs? I'm inundated with them and have limited ideas of what to use them for.

Sell or barter them? Or give them to friends.

Have you made mini-Scotch eggs with them for all your summer picnics?

I wanted to hatch some quail this year but haven't had time or more importantly, the housing. What do you keep yours in?
