If I can catch everyone then they may go out tommorow, really really nervous.

Have you been training them to come to the lady with the food?

If in doubt, deprive them of food for a few hours before letting them out and then lure them back in with sweetcorn/cooked rice or pasta. I always bang the food pot with a spoon and yell 'chickens' which they understand perfectly and will come running/flapping across several acres.
