Growing greens for my flock

Does anyone grow veg/greens just for the chooks?

I’ve tried chickweed.
i grow a few cabbages (which takes a lot of space over several months).
I’ve got it in mind to grow trays of stuff that I can rotate but of course they just tear it up.

I did try growing one of those mixed packets of "green manure" seeds, but completely failed to get them to grow for some reason. Will be interested to see what other answers you get. I find the aftermath of cabbage a bit smelly, and I had one set of hens who turned their noses up at it!
