How to stop wild birds eating chicken food?

We’ve reached a point where the crows, magpies and seagulls seem to eat more layers pellets than our 4 chickens!
It’s the first year this has happened.

Has anyone else had this problem? Any ideas how I can tackle this?

We kept our chickens in a large enclosed aviary with access to the rest of the garden for free ranging. Feeding station was in the aviary in a chicken feeder. Haven’t kept chickens for four years now though but we were in an avian flu control zone in the end so didn’t replace them when they eventually died of old age.
