Changes to DEFRA registration, I'm stuck!

I duly registered our half a fozen hens and three geese this year and got confirmation letter.

Recently our geese died over about a six week period. I do suspect AI, no signs of harm and they were 12 of a breed that can be up to 20.

I want to update Defra but cannot find it in their website; any thoughts please?

I tried to de register my chickens when I had none left and they hadn’t set up the system for de registering so it said to email them, which I did but never got any kind of acknowledgment.
