I really enjoyed this! Will be really interested how the Bristol smallholding goes and at them having pigs!

I love Hugh, his programmes give me a warm glow.

I love Hugh when he's on his own for the river cottage stuff, the food, the foraging etc but don't you think that when he's in these sort of situations (same as with the chickens) he's a bit preachy and know it all?

Didn't particularly enjoy watching it, tbh.

I heart Hugh too. but dh couldn't watch the vegetarian lady being secretly fed lung. Also too much for me when they removed the 'tubes' from the heart stirfry.
will people really get into eating offal?i somehow doubt it

love the asparagus dishes .yumola

We have kept pigs for several years and apart from the liver I have never been tempted by any of the offal - we did do Devilled kidneys one year but the taste is very strong as is the smell when they are prepared. Yummy ham, sausages, salamis and bacon though.

I quite enjoyed the series but think he has pretty much covered most of it before.

I want to be his gardening lady and be fed asparagus shoots .
