FREE COCKRELS TO GOOD HOMES - Lincolnshire

In October my chicken decided it was time she started a family so i let her but then she died so I had to look after the chicks inside and hand reared them. I have now discovered that out of the 7 chicks 5 are cockrels and I realise I have to get rid of them. Does anyone want a cockrel?? Very pretty and not too big as cross bantam with battery hen (plus one pure bantam)... HELP... my husband wants to make them into cat food but I just can't as i hand reared them.

I've got one already and that's quite enough!

Bumping though...

p.s. they are cross bantam and battery hens so i really don't think there would be a lot of meat of them, plus they were not bred for meat so would be very tough!
