With the heavy rain the dust bath is pretty damp... to add to this they seem to pooh in it while scratching around and then roll around in it??!!
One of them has bits stuck to fluff at base of chest feathers... assume I just leave it and it will eventually drop off/she will clean???
Does anyone put anything else in dust bath apart from compost and DE?
I try to sprinkle a bit of the ground sanitising powder around but that's it?
They don't like being sprayed so trying to clean/bathe isn't really an option....
