Anyone else struggling this year? They're everywhere despite all of my efforts. Angry

Tips welcome!!

Using Ardap spray, diatomaceous earth, and sump oil on the perches.

Yes - horrendous this year.

I’m changing the bedding twice weekly, pulling out the droppings trays and cleaning them daily, powdering the inside of the coop daily, and dusting their favourite dust places when it’s dry.

I’m sloshing very very hot water around the inside of the coop to reach any hiding in the cracks (have a plastic cube)

I’m also burning the bedding to make sure the buggers are finished off and not just transferred to the compost.

It’s reduced the numbers a lot but am finding some every morning.

They can be spread by wild birds so it might be a case of persevering until the frosts start. Sad

Thanks @bagpuss that's pretty much what we're trying so good to know! Horrid little fuckers.
