Hen-pecked!

We are nearly a week in to our chicken keeping adventure and everything is going well.
We have 3 POL hens who were together as part of a big flock.

Since Day 3, one has established herself as the leader - however her pecks and wing-pulls are only aimed at one of the other two. They’re not severe, but happen whenever this hen gets near her.

Hen-pecked hen has started going back into the coop to stay out of boss-hen’s way.

Is this all normal or do I need to stage an intervention?!

We had this with one of our new hens. We sprayed all 4 with the Nettex anti-peck spray (we've tried a few different ones but this is the only one we've found that really works.) seemed to do the job! The one was getting bullied was quite a bit smaller than the others but she doesn't seem to be being picked on anymore.

If you're on Facebook there's 2 groups called Poultry Keepers and Poultry Keepers UK which I've found really helpful. Also good for seeing funny and cute photos of other people's chickens!
