Broody hens SOS help!

I have 2 broody silkies sat on a nest and last night, 1 chick hatched.
Do I assign a ‘mother’ and isolate them or let them decide?

There were 16 eggs so I was hopeful we’d get more chicks to share out.

Ideas appreciated.

It's ok - the black one has taken charge and got the chicks (3 more hatched over night), They are safe and well and the other hen has sat back down on the nest like a good girl.
