Just noticed that one of our girls has got a bit of a build up of poo under her bum. None of the rest do
Is this something I need to investigate / clean off (I'm planning on sone kind of bath for her tomorrow)
Could it be sign of something else or just one of this random things?
Not sure if I should be worried or not
