This is very exciting! The reason being that we have two little Pekin hens who are the same age. One started laying last year, but then obviously stopped laying in Winter. She began laying last week. However, eventually, after many months - the other Pekin has started laying!
(-I did suspect something was up - she was randomly waddling around the garden's nooks and crannies, whilst the other one was sitting in the middle of the lawn crowing (do hens crow?) her little head off!)

Anyone have any suggestions on what to do with little Pekin eggs?
