Moving abroad - how do I rehome my two chickens?

I have two chickens, they’re about a year old and lay well, we are about to move abroad in Feb, can’t bring them with us. and I don’t know how to find a new home for them. I’ve asked friends and family but no takers so far! Any ideas how I go about finding them a nice new owner?

I would look on Facebook for a local chicken keepers support group.

Just put in "Monmouth Chicken Keepers" into the Facebook search box.

Then join and post looking for a home for them.

Whereabouts are you in the country? We’re in Kent but moving to Devon soon sans chickens. If you’re in the area I’d love them.
