Pecking and green spots on skin (pic included)

Today I caught one of my hens pecking another and eating her feather. The pecked hen seems to have lost a lot of feathers from her breast and legs and I've noticed some strange green spots on her skin (see pic). Does anyone know what this might be? I've looked online and some suggest it's bruising but I'm not sure?

I'm taking action to try and stop the pecking/feather eating but just wondered if anyone knows what these green spots could be? You can see the little green spot just on the edge of the bare skin in the pic.

They're in a large walk-in run and I visit them a few times a day to give entertainment/treats to try stop them getting bored but any advice very welcome.

It is bruising. Have you seen the advice here?

Thanks for the link - I think it must be bruising. Hopefully I'll be able to put a stop to the pecking and then she will heal.
