She had a stroke of some kind 6 days ago so we brought her inside. She seemed totally fine in herself within about 5 minutes and has just eaten and drunk normally the whole week. She didn't really try to move at all so we just kept her clean and kept feeding her.
Until today when she just seemed to not want to eat 
So for the last 3 hours she was curled up asleep and wouldn't wake. And then just before she died she lifted her head up and looked straight at me and died
I think she was saying goodbye.
We're all so sad, we've been feeding and cleaning her all week and physically apart from not being able to stand she was completely fine.
