Large chest and lost a few feathers...help me find out what's wrong please?

I have 5 hens and they're about 8 months old.

One of our Columbian black tails chest seems to stick out a lot and she's definitely lost a bit of weight. She is also walking funny, will raise her legs as she's walking to touch that area and lost a few feathers there.

I don't think is extended crop as she hasn't eaten any long grass but not sure.

Any ideas and any help please?

A bit of an update....

Our hen had sour and impacted crop. My DH started making her sick 3 times a day and only giving her live yogurt to eat. Within 3 days the sour crop was gone but then he noticed that she also had impacted crop, a ball about the size of a golf ball. We were then back to the drawing board and reading everything possible...we tried olive oil for several day red wine for 2 days but no budging it! We then started feeding her pineapple and after 3 days its completely gone whether it was the pineapple or just the concoction of everything over several days, I'm unsure but very happy it's cleared. Dh was also massaging the lump downwards several times a day too.
