Is this chicken area large enough?

I am planning on getting a small group of chickens (maybe bantums) and have what I hope is a reasonable area separate from my main garden. I was hoping to get an Eglu but build a full height run around it with an access door. The width of the run would be 5ft feet and the length 30 feet. Next to this area I also have a patio area that measures about 7 feet x 35 feet and this is fenced off from the main lawn/garden. Is this sufficient? Many thanks. :)

That sounds like a huge amount of space. Unless you are going to get 100 chickens! [Grin]

Aha! Just looking for 4 (bantams)! Am now looking at getting the new Eglu Go Up with some run extensions. I have also found a local chicken border for holidays too. :)
