Should I make the tough decision to cull her?

My poor little Fenton Rose. :( she caught myco and I managed to nurse her through it and while she perked up for a couple of weeks she is back to looking very sorry for herself.

Wings down, almost constantly moulting, eyes often shut she is just not having any quality of life.

I should, shouldn't I. I have never done it before - how can I make it the least awful for her?

if you aren't confident to do it then get someone else to do it who is. trying to do it when you don't know what you are doing is not fair on the bird. do you know someone nearby who has chickens who might do it for you. if not it is a bit of a faff but take her to the vet or he/she might pop in when passing. you have done your best but everything has its time.
