What do you do? One of ours died today and DH put her in a couple of plastic bags in the bin ... Which won't be collected for another 9 days!

I did the same as your DH - well sealed and putting the bins out is DH's job

We bury ours in the back garden, along with our pet rabbits who have died as my DCs like a funeral and a burial. My DCs are 34 and 32 years old.

That reassures me stealth, and fiver that's hilarious! Actually my DC did ask when we will bury her yesterday and I just said daddy had done it. Lets hope they don't ask to see the grave!
