Bald cock!

Any suggestions appreciated. My friend's frizzle cross cock has gone really bald. He doesn't seem to have any lice or anything. The hens don't appear to be feather pecking him. He looks awful but seems very well in himself. Thanks!

He's probably just going through a bit of a dramatic normal moult isn't he? I used to have a RIR that did that, usually in November- had to make her a little fleece and/or bring her indoors for a fortnight while the feathers re-grew.
