Anyone got any tips for keeping cochins :)

They are soft-feathered and fluffy-footed are they not? I have soft-feathered fluffy-footed bantams and the main thing is making sure they have somewhere dry to shelter when the weather is wet.

I used to have cochins. They are gorgeous. Very sensible and 'mumsy' type hens They don't like getting their feathered feet wet and muddy.

I used to hear mine trailing after me with a sinister slipper sound, I used to start to run and the slipper sound became quicker
