Feeble chick - remove from mum?

we have 2 chicks under a light sussex - one has been feeble for a couple of days, no sign of strengthening - shall we take out the weak one and put under heat lamp? Will she be ok on own, or shall we put another chick/mum in with her??

if she is feeble then she will either make it or not. personally i would let nature take its course. she is best off with her mum as under a lamp you then will have to keep her in for 6 - 8 weeks as you may not be able to reintroduce her to mum if she recovers.
