Bum pecking - help!

Our 4 chickens keep pecking each others bums, they are not bleeding but their bums are feather free and now do look like a very ugly part of the male anatomy!
They can't possibly be bored, as they free range all day in very large garden, have tried using anti peck spray and have given then extra protein in their diet. They have no mites or other bugs. Have no idea what to try next. They don't seem unhappy and are laying well and behaving normally otherwise.
Anyone got any suggestions ?

Mine only peck eachother when they have lice, are you sure they don't have any?
