Hope you can help me.

Manshape has been asked to make a chicken run/coop for a neighbour, but he;s unsure what wood to use. Is treated wood ok, or would untreated be better? He's not sure if the chickens would peck at it or not.

What's your run/coop made from?

Treated is fine and lasts longer Smile

Goodluck to Manshape!

Go for treated and be careful to make sure there are no pointy nails sticking out. especially put your hands inside when you have finished. the internet is full of patterns for chicken coops and we have used lots of different ideas for coops, bird boxes bat boxes etc. (i use the word we loosely as i decide what i want and DH makes it for me ta da simples)
