I'm pretty new to the chicken keepers topic, and it's just so amiable compared to other topics out there.

I leave with a feeling of calm satisfaction, as opposed to the indignation/rage/exasperation/disgust/whatever that taints me when I delve into chat or aibu.

I think I'll just stay here

OK, I will. I've been gardening for bees and butterflies this year, all very lovely 'till the hens start eating the caterpillars!

they'll eat the larvae you don't want, too, though, so lift up your brassica leaves and let them at it!
