unwanted cockrels- what to do?

Hello,
I'm not a chicken keeper myself, but my mother has hatched and been keeping chickens ( and inevitably some cockrels) since the summer. She has two cockrels and her neighbours have started to complain. Shes desperate to fix the situation but isnt sure what to do, can i ask what others do with their cockrels if they hatch their own? If you kill them- how do you do it? Is there any home for unwanted cockrels(clutching at straws here)
Any help/ suggestions welcome
thank you

My Uncle gets cockerels from his local pet/farm shop and cooks and eats them. He first did it as they were selling cockerels cheaply, but when nobody wanted them they asked if he'd take them for free, now all unwanted cockerels in his vicinity - Forest of Dean go to him. Ask a local farmer if they'll take them off your hands if you don't want to do the dastardly deed.

Honestly killing two cockerels is a two minute job. And if you eat them, you ought to be able to kill them. You then have to degut them and pluck them as normal for chickens.

Link here to how to do it

The only local farmer has refused them already, to keep or to kill.
I have broken the news that she'll have to kill them ( or rather i will have to get dh to do it) she is in tears Blush she says its not so much brian that she will miss but peter Hmm she's a bloody nutter my mam.
Thank you for the link

Ha ha!!!! That's brilliant, Peter and Brian the cockerels! What's so special about Peter?

I have just rehomed the 2 I hatched. Took a few weeks but posted on poultry forums and eventually came good.
Harecare might have called on you - we're only in Glos!
