Girls look like they've gone grey

Beginner here.
I have three girls. 2 exbat hens and 1 Rhode Island (i think)
One of the battery and the Rhode look like they are turning grey or they've had highlights around their head and neck.

Any ideas?

Might be parasites. I think I've read somehwere that lice can do this.

Try some Ivermectin drops/spray.

Try to catch one and have a good look through the feathers. They should be clean with no dust and the skin underneath should be pale and clear with no signs of any creepy crawlies.
