We're due to get our eglu and chucks next week so I've been busy preparing their area of the garden today. I've discovered that there is black membrane in the proposed patch and I'm unsure whether to leave it and cover in wood chippings or remove it and then scatter the chippings on the earth. Any advice would be very welcome because my chucks will be here in a couple of days! Thanks.
