Best changing bag for toddler and baby

I have a (just turned) 2 year old and baby #2 is due in November and I'm wondering what to do about changing bags when the baby arrives.
We do a lot of day trips out and the one we have for toddler (Cosatto one that came with the travel system) barely seems big enough for all his bits. I know that he'll soon be potty training and that will cut down on some stuff but realistically we're still going to need spare clothes, snacks, toys, drinks etc for him for a while. We ideally want something that Dad can take out, I've been looking at the Storksak Alexa but would love some recommendations as it is a little pricey and I don't know if I'm just going into a mad buy mode 😂
Thanks in advance!

Get a rucksack. If you want to spend £££ there are plenty of nice leather ones around.

I liked the skip hop duo so much I bought a second when we had a toddler and a newborn.
I found it better having a bag each worked better than a big bag for everything as there was no need to pack a different bag if GP's took one out for a couple of hours etc.
