Changing bag help

Hi,
I’m searching for a reasonable priced (below £30) changing bag for newborn twins which will fit under my icandy peach to blossom buggy. Everything Iv seen so far seems like it will be a struggle to get to when in the basket.

If you check on amazon or Ebay, you will find enough of bags according to your budget. I was looking for one just few days ago and there were enough ones for around £10 but I was only wondering their reliability though.
