J J Cole buggy clips broken

Not impressed I have to say. One year's use and the rubber strap of the buggy clip is ripped. Un fixable and changebag now fairly useless. Anyone know where I can get a replacement?

Depends where you bought them originally - get in touch & complain!!

The clips were the only reason I bought a JJ Cole bag originally but the bag itself was RUBBISH. I sent it back to Amazon & discovered you could actually buy the clips separately on Amazon for about £7, which have done well.
