Has anyone got a Jeep Compass?

My car is finally at the end of its life and i'm in the position that I have to buy a new car. We have been to a couple of main dealers today and are currently split between a Jeep Compass, Vauxhall Mokka and Ford Kuga. At the moment the Jeep Compass is in the lead but everyone we have mentioned this too has told us they are unreliable. I was wondering if anyone has owned a Jeep Compass and have you had any problems with it?

Just to add, this one is automatic hybrid and while i loved the drive earlier, it did feel clunky. I am told by the car saleman though (main dealership) that this is because it is hybrid and at the point of test drive the battery hadnt been charged so we were just running on petrol.

If those are the cars you are looking at, then go for a Toyota C-HR or a Honda HR-V.

Both are hybrids, Japanese and utterly bombproof for reliability and built to last.

Avoid all Stellantis and Euro junk cars - they are ALL dogshit on wheels, unreliable and costly to put right. I wouldnt touch any of the cars you named with a shitty stick.

I have had 2 jeep renegades. Don't do it! so unreliable. Can only be fixed and serviced at jeep as all other garages can no longer sort error codes or turn of service notifications. Jeep had 3 week wait to be seen. Both jeeps have gone wrong especially battery issues and central locking system. Avoid. Avoid avoid. I really loved my jeeps but I never will buy one again. Go for a Toyota or a ford. Really reliable . Do not buy a jeep unless you want years of misery.
