Where to even begin….
- my BF had an accident and it took two hours before I was able to get in contact with someone after being absolutely sent round the houses. I was helping her as she was in complete shock.None of the numbers on their website actually worked for an emergency, or indeed for a nonemergency.
- Now she’s contacting me to say that, despite sending someone to pick her up and recover her car, they now have no record of doing either
What does one even do in this circumstance? None of their numbers allow her to speak to anyone who can help.
it’s the kind of company I would’ve thought about insuring myself or my daughters with but ultimately it transpires they are only an underwriter and absolutely frigging useless.
so, what to do? And who would people recommend for car insurance where they’ve actually had a good experience?
