Hi. Basically how do I register car on my name. My mums ex left the country ages ago and left the car as he doesn't need it . I became a second driver of the car . Paying for tax and insurance but now I want to change the car on my name . I just change the cars address so I can receive the new tax letter to my address but what else do I need to do. I know I sound stupid but I don't know what I need to do . He isn't coming back so not sure if it's possible ?
