Replace a main headlight bulb - corsa

I’m trying to replace the main headlight bulb on the passenger side of my 2012 corsa.

I can get to the back of the bulb without removing the headlight but not sure what I should do to get it out. Is it a pull, twist or quick release somewhere? I’m assuming the bulb is on a plug and I don’t have to remove any of those screws.

Don’t want to start yanking and break something. My garage is completely full so can’t get me in for a week.

Agree, Halfords is your friend here. Changing bulbs is a faff at the best of times.

It depends a bit on the type of bulb. Usually there's a metal wire clip holding it in which I think I see at the upper right of the bulb in your pic. Getting the clip to release from the hook can be a bit of a faff. Sometimes you have to pinch the clip, sometimes you have to both pinch and push the clip to get it from underneath the hook. I find swearing at it helps.

Thanks I’ll have another go at it before I give in and go to Halfords. You tube wasn’t helpful as they seem to miss out this particular bit, they reach in, fiddle on and viola!

The wire retainer is clipped into two little hooks. It unhooks then moves in the direction of the arrow I think.
