Recommendations for good forum for carers.

Can anyone kindly recommend a forum for carers? I have been caring for my elderly mother for a while and I could do with advice. I'm sure there are many. I'm looking for insights about which sites stick out as being most useful, friendly.

I found Mobilise on Facebook good.

It has over 9,000 members and is private.

Also, as I found out only recently, the Cockroach Café on here is good too.
