On Saturday night the worst thing happened. My brakes went driving downhill. We stopped easily using the handbrake. After I stopped shaking so much I realized id not renewed the RAC cover. I knew you could pay.it wasn't anywhere near as much as I thought. Happy days.
This was early 7pm. I was told someone would be with us (woman kn het own with 2 disabled kids 6 dogs amd 6 cats). They said they'd prioritize us. Amazing I thought.sat on my hand brake in reverse praying we wouldn't move (if we did we were going across the road as we were over a T junction) we would have gone through a small wall ans few small trees into someone's roof!!!!!
I was told by text someone would be with us by between 9-10pm. That's amazing I thought. At 10.30ish I called saying no one has arrived. She said oh hang on there's an update. Hell.be with you in 15 mins. Amazing. Hung on longer and longer. Come 11pm no one had come. They then said no one was coming because they couldn't find a driver. They'd tried upton40 miles. I told them of a company that had told me thet had availably arpund misnight. They told ke.to.book thst directly and they wpuosnt refund me.
I couldn't as it was the day Barclays etc had technical issues.i couldn't move the money. I don't bank online.
We were stranded with drinks climbing on the van and people very drunk intimidating us. Along with some very funny dunks too. It was honestly terrifying.
The RAC finally arrived at around 9am the next day

It was related to the issue. I clearly didn't realize was as bad as it was.
I wasn't able.to.canvel.umtik Monday after sleeping so much on Sunday after the nightmare were left in.
I have written a poor complaint.
I'm so shocked by what's happened fays later.
Oh I should note the police drove past 7 times stopped 3 times to check on us.said there was nothing they could do. It was damn dangerous
The patrol that picked us up said how dangerous it was and how they should give me serious compensation for what we've been through.
