Hi everyone,would be very grateful for any advice regarding the following issue.
I was receiving Carers Allowance untill I reached retirement age on Oct 5th 2024,my C.A.B.Adviser put in place that I received Carers Element after that date.
I haven't had a single payment yet,8mnths down the road
My advisor has phoned many times to the appropriate offices and has just been passed from pillar to post,even sending a written complaint to DWP,ESA etc,after a month of making that complaint,we have heard nothing .
We have mentioned to our Universal Credit case worker in our Journal of our situation,and my C.A.B advisor says if it's not in our first u.c.payment,she will raise a dispute.
Any advice please?
