Carers element pack pay

hi I received this letter on 13/9/24 saying they ow me back pay .

my statements have been amended but no payment yet - I have rang up today 17/09/24 and they said to write on my journal but no reply yet
Has anyone had this before for CARERS ELEMENT BACK PAY and when did it actually go in the bank

You’ll get it in your account soon OP, just keep checking your bank. It will be the full back pay they owe you.

I have been checking it I've also wrote on my journal if they know - I'm not sure if it would come with my usual payment or separate

Also will I be paid from 2/23 when I changed my caring responsibilities or from 7/22 when I reported the change happened
