I've recently had a letter stating I’m getting back pay which will be around £5k (approx) from UC for carers element which I should’ve got but didn’t!
I had the letter last Thursday, how long does it take for them to send you another letter with how much exactly they how? Has anyone else had this happen and what was the time line?
