Help! Kiddy comfort pro with toddlers used to a harness. WWYD?

I'm a childminder and need to get a new car seat. I usually just buy the best one review on which and I have a cosi tobi, cosi priori and a britax prince.

I'm not really happy with how the britax prince fits in my car, even though halfords say it's fine I know it could be better.

So was thinking of buying the comfort pro (could do with an extra booster too and this can be used through 2 stages). But all of the children I care for are used to a harness.

Will the cushion on the comfort pro freak them out do you think?

Also does anyone know how easy it is to adjust the height etc on the comfort pro as I am thinking of using it twice a week with a 4 year old; but only if it is easy to change the height etc.

Thanks!

v easy to change height, one bit on the back and pull/push.

never had any issues with the cushion here.

thanks meatron were you children ever in a 5 point harness?? I think the cushion looks great but might be a weird change to children used to a 5 point harness, perhaps?

DD loves her impact cushion and will happily get in and sit for ages in it. In the 5point we have screams to get arms in but is fine once she is in. She clearly prefers the impact one even at 16months!

yy they were in a harness until 2 ish then a car crash lead to seat replacement.

Mine was quite happy with the switch to impact cushion it gives them more arm freedom and they can't escape which is an added bonus!

Our 11 month DS has a 5 point harness in my car and a kiddy pro in my partners car. He gets on fine with both - but likes to play 'push the lap cushion out of the way before mummy belts him in' with the kiddy pro. As Metatron says, adjusting the height is very easy.
