no isofix then?

what is the issue, are the rear seat belts short? or lap only?

might be best to take the car to Halfords and get them to find you one that fits?

EldonAve · 31/12/2009 15:17

or try the vauxhall dealer

TipsyFairydifferentID · 31/12/2009 15:21

Britax website say the duoplus will fit the twin top.

Nicolaplus1 · 31/12/2009 15:36

It has sports seats the seatbelts go across the opposite way!

Couldnt find vauxhall one althouh their website says they do one.

It does have isofix points bit he seats sslopes back quite a bit so didnt know if this would affect it

Hi,
Please could you tell me whether the duo plus did in fact fit and whether you are using it with isofix?
Thanks

Nicplus1and1baking · 03/12/2010 20:35

Hi jacsmum

Yes it fit perfect, absolutely solid and yes with isofix, think this is the only option tbh with the shape of the seats and the funny belts

jacsmum2010 · 27/12/2010 13:53

Thank you - sorry only just saw your reply! Can I ask what year yours is (the car :P)? As the fit finder says that duo-plus fits 02/2006 models but mine is an 08.
Just want to be sure before I buy one :)
Thanks.

Hi

Only just come across this by chance lol it was on 08 plate.

Have actually got rid of the car now as the 3 doors became to much of a pain in the ass lol
Although it nicely fits in my new astra

goodmanners · 02/01/2011 21:03

We have some random graco 3 in 1 in ours though ds moving into a high backed booster now.

goodmanners · 02/01/2011 21:05

We have also had the britax renaissance init perfect but have to remve head restraint.

jacsmum2010 · 24/01/2011 10:29

I dont seem to get notifications when someone replies on here so I am sorry for not responding earlier.

In the end, I went to Halfords and got them to try a load. I walked away with the Britax Duo Plus, which is great - you have to pop the headrest up but it's a lovely fit.

In case anyone else comes across this who is pulling their hair out looking for a seat, the other one that worked well was the new Maxi-Cosi (I think it was the 'Pearl'), although that one has the 'leg' bit with the isofix, which takes up a lot more room, and it's actually about double the price of the britax too.

Thanks for your help everyone!
